The Richmond Marriott is a high-rise hotel located in downtown Richmond. CWI removed and replaced window sealants and glazing, and replaced solarium roofs.

The Belvedere is a masonry and concrete twin tower high-rise condominium. The towers unique design offered a rigging challenge. CWI performed masonry and concrete repairs along with coating the concrete and sealant replacement.

CWI performed sealant replacement, masonry repairs, EIFS repairs and coatings and balcony railing replacement.

Tide Point is the former Procter & Gamble Soap Factory. CWI has performed masonry and concrete repairs, concrete coatings, sealant replacement and building wall flashing replacement.

The Flour Mill Condominium is a masonry mid rise condominium located in the heart of historic Georgetown. CWI removed and replaced the terraces waterproofing and pavers, and performed sealant, brick and mortar replacement.

The National Press Building is a high-rise office building. CWI performed sealant replacement.

CWI performed masonry repairs, sealant replacement, balcony concrete repairs, balcony coating and railing replacement, and façade coating.

CWI performed a complete plaza restoration project including removal of existing brick pavers and concrete topping slab, replacement of existing planter and plaza waterproofing and the installation of new precast pavers.

The Canal House is a 300' four-story masonry structure located in Historic Georgetown that predates 1838. The Canal House was originally designed and used as a tobacco warehouse that opened up directly onto the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal (C&O).

The Towers at Harbor Court consists of three towers rising to twenty-nine stories with a total of 166 residences. Towers at Harbor Court is located right across from the Baltimore inner harbor.

Sentinel At Landmark is a fully occupied twelve story condominium. Work included installing preformed silicone extrusions to all sealant joints on the front elevation, EIFS repairs and coating. Additional work included concrete repairs to the façade of the building and parking garages.

Webster House is a fully occupied 9 story masonry condominium located in the North West section of Washington, D.C... Work performed included over 7,500 lineal feet of through wall flashing replacement at the window heads, window sills and floor slabs.

Woodlake Towers Condominium is located in the Seven Corners area of Falls Church, Virginia. The condominium consists of three high-rise buildings. CWI performed balcony rail replacement and deck restoration and coating on 234 balconies. All work was performed while the building was fully occupied.
