For 16 years CWI has helped preserve the terra cotta, brick and limestone façade. Failed mortar joints, sealants and limestone were replaced throughout the massive façade. CWI also repaired and replaced deteriorated ornate roof top urns and detailed cornice elements. All of the work was performed while the hotel ran it's normal busy day-to-day operation without inconveniencing the hotel guests.
