The Towers at Harbor Court consists of three towers rising to twenty-nine stories with a total of 166 residences. Towers at Harbor Court is located right across from the Baltimore inner harbor.

Sentinet at Landmark

Sentinel At Landmark is a fully occupied twelve story condominium. Work included installing preformed silicone extrusions to all sealant joints on the front elevation, EIFS repairs and coating. Additional work included concrete repairs to the façade of the building and parking garages.

Webster House is a fully occupied 9 story masonry condominium located in the North West section of Washington, D.C... Work performed included over 7,500 lineal feet of through wall flashing replacement at the window heads, window sills and floor slabs.

Woodlake Towers

Woodlake Towers Condominium is located in the Seven Corners area of Falls Church, Virginia. The condominium consists of three high-rise buildings. CWI performed balcony rail replacement and deck restoration and coating on 234 balconies. All work was performed while the building was fully occupied.
