The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner is the only Luxury Hotel in Northern Virginia. The exquisite 398 guest room high rise masonry hotel required waterproofing and masonry repairs. CWI replaced all the building sealants, performed masonry and EIFS repairs, cleaned the façade and applied a masonry water repellant. The hotel was open for it's normal day-to-day operations.
