Webster House is a fully occupied 9 story masonry condominium located in the North West section of Washington, D.C... Work performed included over 7,500 lineal feet of through wall flashing replacement at the window heads, window sills and floor slabs. Additional work included replacement of all the building sealants, balcony repairs including concrete repairs, new deck coatings and railing painting, and masonry repairs including brick replacement and tuck pointing.
